I actually wanted to make this the December 2013 MIP Book Club Selection, but due to the way the December calendar fell, this book was too lengthy to read in December. Thankfully, the January calendar is more forgiving and so, like him or hate him, Bill O’Reilly is about to invade MIP! Can you handle it?
